Seems like there are lots of people doing Slimming World. I'm doing the food optimising (red and green days) and managed to lose 10 lbs between October and Christmas. Ok, so I binned the eating plan and put about 4 lb back on over Christmas  so its back to it now and doing OK. Second weigh in on Tuesday after Christmas will tell if its working!
How are all you other SW ladies doing?

Hiya I went back to class last Monday. I had to leave back in August as I was unwell and in and out of hospital. But I'm back now and hope to shift about 6-7 stone eventually!
I haven't been brave enough to try the 'extra easy' plan yet, just been sticking to the usual red & green.
Weigh day tomorrow!!!
