I've been reading India Knight's book, The Thrift Book and she mentions this website http://www.lovefoodhatewaste.com/
I took a look just now and it's got lots of interesting tips and facts and bits of information about food portions, storage, using leftovers, use-by dates etc.

I've just started looking at it Ashbee and put it straight on to favourites. I think I am quite good at freezing and using leftovers etc anyway but any new ideas are always welcome.

It's an interesting site. I'm good at using up leftovers but hopeless at planning meals in advance. That's what I really need to work on ...
