ENERGY SHOTS
      #300598 - 08/01/2009 13:13

Hi Everyone,

I keep hearing all this talk about "energy shots" I think it is the follow up of energy injections.

I firmly believe that if you eat a good healthy diet, there should be no need to take any additional vitimins, the exceptions being pregnant women, children and the elderly due to the fact they have an inability to absorb vitamins.

From what I can gather an energy shot is like a quick fix when you are feeling run down, but I think you always question are they safe or not?

Just wondered if any of you had tried them, and if you would recommend having them.

Plasmo x

Not tried energy shots as such, but did have a shot of wheatgrass at the Smoothie shop to help get rid of a cold, which it did, but god it was vile!
