Miranda Esmonde White exercise DVD
      #299953 - 07/01/2009 18:00

A friend in the USA sent me two double DVD packs of exercise workouts by a Canadian, Miranda Esmonde White. She's an ex-ballet dancer and has had breast cancer and a mastectomy and is an inspiration to us all. When I can't fit in outdoor exercise or a trip to the gym, I do one of her workouts (at random!) and certainly know I've stretched and worked up a sweat, afterwards. Every little helps.
Anyone else used these? I don't know if they're available in the UK or Europe, but if not, they certainly should be.

Never heard of her, sorry. I do find that a lot of the Canadian/American exercise DVDs seem to have a better production quality than English ones. It's good that she's a real person, rther than a celebrity plugging another how I lost 2 stone in 3 days
