Hi Girls,
It's me (Lisafizzy) except I'm not Lisafizzy anymore, 'cos I've got a new name!!! It's Angelface! The only trouble is now that I've changed it (and I thought about it for absolutely ages) I'm not sure! I need to know what you think of my new name girls, I really like it, but am sort of missing Lisafizzy too! Help!!!
I can tell you're all thinking "It's only a name," but I sort of got attached to the other one, and now it's gone I sort of don't feel like me!
Do you think I might need Counselling???

Oh Lisa, (Angelface),
Wondered what was going on when I received your pm.
Like your new name, but its not you, you are just Lisa to us, but its up to you, and if you felt the need for a change then WELCOME ANGELFACE to the forum, nice to know you, to know you NICE.
Plasmo xx

lol if that's the case then most of my family need counselling for name changes. I'm seriously thinking of changing my name, not the forum one, just suddenly feel it's time to get rid of exoh's name, but as my dad had changed his name I don't know what to change it too. The suggestion I put forward to my sis had her fall off her chair laughing. Is Abbeyfield-Peach really that bad?????
Angelface is lovely, it reflects the images you represent yourself by.

I like Angelface, but got soooooo used to Lisafizzy...... which I think is so apt (too). I agree with Ozzie - give it a fortnight...... see how it feels, sounds, and how everyone reacts to it. And I hope that I will remember that Angelface is Lisa....

Hi Chatelaine and girls, I think that's a great idea too, I'll give it a couple of weeks then see how I feel. One of the reasons I changed it, is that they printed my forum name next to my real name in the magazine, (I don't know why they did that) and I've been feeling a bit exposed ever since. I feel worried about posting anything really personal now.

Why did they do that? I can understand the name change now.

Lisafizzy was a bit of a mouthful. Angelface is a lovely name. Those forummers who know you personally will always think of you as Lisa, but newbees and others will soon get used to Angelface. Its lovely

Cathy and Loo, I sometimes thought that about Lisafizzy too, sort of awkward to say. I also secretly worried it sounded a bit childish.

Angelface is a lovely name and suits you very well. I have changed my name also. I am now Jane_2009 instead of Jane2008! How boring is that? I didn't want to change it completely just in case people didn't know who I am.
Your choice of name change may make me thing again!

Hi Jane, I saw your post and was just about to reply to it. I really do think you should change yours, and I don't mean that rudely or anything Jane, it's just that you are such an interesting and intelligent person, Jane is just somehow too plain and doesn't reflect you at all. Maybe you should do what Sallykins did when she changed from Salderbs, and ask everyone to come up with suggestions. That would be fun!
I feel I'm already getting used to mine. Lisa. x

Hi there..I love the name change (but liked the old one too)..People will get used to it (they will probably still call you Lisa anyway!)
W and H were very naughty to publish your forum name next to your real name, so I can see why you feel the need to change it.x

Angelface, perhaps I should change my name to Janeykins? Does that sound friendlier? LOL
I think I might put out a post asking for suggestions, but I think I'd better leave it a few days as I've only just changed it to Jane_2009!!
I really need to get a life!
