using up stollen - help

Hi can anyone help please, I have loads of stollen left over and need to use it in a pudding somehow... has anyone got any ideas or even better - a recipe?

I think it was on the Food Programme on radio 4 this week, they made a bread and butter pud using stollen, recipe may be on their website?
Sounded delicious.

The Stoll we buy here [from that well-known discount German supermarket we all know and love] lasts for absolutely ages. We finished our last piece at Easter last year. If placed in an air-tight tin it keeps for a loooooooong time. Guten Appetit!
