Do any of you regularly meditate ?

This is something I intend to do on a regular basis myself this year .

No, Lillie, but I would love to know how to - properly. I have CDs and books, but I don't find them helpful.

I even looked up classes, but there aren't any near me.

As I am going through a divorce I thought meditation would be great to help relieve stress.

Any ideas please?

I used to go to Hatha Yoga classes and you got to meditate in that. A few times it worked for me and when we were told to start to get ourselves together and get up I found I couldnt find my legs, arms etc., it was quite frightening the first couple of times but the last time I was just so refreshed after it I was told to be very careful driving home. Never achieved it since though!

Yes I do, I was taught by a Buddhist monk and a professor in Buddhism, it was one of the best choices I ever made.
