Happy New Linby and all other FF ladies.

Yes, this will be my year too. And it will all be enjoyable seeing positive results and patting ourselves on the back. I am planning lots of small steps which will add up to something amazing by the end of the year. It all sounds more manageable that way.

Morning Linby and happy new year to you.

Yes i will join you, PMK is in the cd player, i just need to listen to him, watched him on QVC a few days ago re: PMK system so that put me in the right frame of mind. I start from the weekend as its mums birthday friday and we are for a meal. OH also got me the weight management programme for my DS lite, so i will be trying that out too.
This year i wil fit, slim and healthy.

Brandyqueen x

Morning everyone and Happy New Year! I'm going to start at the beginning again too - lots of pmk and relaxation, lots of exercise (once I get rid of the cough and sore throat) and following the rules... I think I'll go back to keeping my food and exercise diary too...

Thanks for that linby..........will make a note for myself to watch. I got the PMK book and cd 2 days before xmas. What with xmas and both OH and son been ill with this virus I have only glanced through the book. I listened to the cd but it was at bedtime and I feel asleep. So will sit down during day and listen to it again. Like the rest of you ladies I am making 2009 the selfish year for finding ME again. I am 60 this year and intend to leave my 50's healthy, slim and happy.
yippppppppppeeeeeeeeeeeeeee doo day

Happy New Year everyone. Thanks for all the positive posts - I have had a bit of a chocolate splurge, but you are all a great motivation. Will have a glass of wine tonight but no more chocolate. Not looking forward to Monday weigh in, but will watch pmk on Monday evening and get back to ood habits. Thanks especially to gilley for posting the rules, I needed that!
