      #290695 - 29/12/2008 17:27

Hello Ladies

Apart from Davina McCalls new DVD are there any new ones ?
I am looking for beginner level and found Davina's a little too strenuous (too hard for me lol)
So any recommendations ?
Sue x

Lillie, try Davina 30 minute workout DVD it is really good and it shows how to do the exercises at differant levels.

Joanne Hall DVD is also a good one (she is the lady who is on This Morning).

Hi lillie

I heard on the Tv adds that Camilla Dallerup from Strictly come Dancing has bought out a DVD .
Looks fun and not too complicated.

I read recently that the Mel B exersise video is good. I still have the old Mr Motivator ones from all those years ago. Who remembers him? In his different leotard thingies.
