      #290683 - 29/12/2008 17:15

Mrs Twiddle and HappyTigger have joined forces and are now the "TwiddleTiggers Team" and our pledge for 2009 is

1. To eat a healthy diet.
2. To exercise daily (10 mins a day minimum)
3. To Twiddle in style
4. Do facial exercises in the form of smiling
5. Wake up each morning with a positive attitude.

Anyone who would like to join our team for 2009 have to sign up below and agree to the above if you fail then you will be given 10 extra Twiddles for that day....

There will be daily motivational and progress reports....

Cat you qualify for the 'do facial exercises in the form of smiling' bit. Your pics always make me laugh!

Cupcake, all you have to do is shown on the TwiddleTigger's pledge above. So a bit of bouncing and twiddling will make healthy forum peeps.

I think I'm ready to take the plunge! I'll sign up and be a twiddlytigger. I can see I'm going to be in good, if rather select, company! Can we still minx occasionally?

I have twiddled very dustily today, with the help of ES and YS - my garage, storeroom and workshop are tidied, swept and decluttered to the extent of two car loads of rubbish to the local tip/recycling centre. I'm a good twigglytiddler, I am!

Mrs Twiddle and Tigger... I really really hate to say this but to me all of that is quite a natural way to live anyway.

I ALWAYS eat a healthy diet...lots of salads, fruit, fresh food etc. I don't eat sweets or chocs. Mr C grows most of our veg as well so it's all organic.

I do the exercise thing...

I'm naturally organised...but how do you twiddle in style??? Do I need a fancy housecoat and fluffy mules???

I smile all the time...I even have the lines to prove it!

And, despite everything, I still cling to my positive outlook on life!!!

I could cut down on the alcohol I suppose...and maybe the minxing.....but....

Cuppy, no cutting down on alcohol allowed. I'll stick with my one bottle a night thank you.

I eat well too, I just need to move more.

Cupcake that is grand, for me having had ill health this year and cracked ribs, its my motivated to get going with the help of Mrs Twiddle...and have some fun along the way.

I do the smiling bit and the positive bit, but there is never any harm in re-affirming all of the above, especially for me cos it gets lost when I bounce so much....

To Twiddle in style you have to have rubber gloves with tassles on, fluffy slippers and wear a fetching hat.

So glad that a little alcohol is allowed! Can I wear ordinary rubber gloves if I smile a lot?

Mrs Twiddle

I can imagine you in one of the Beatrix Potter books.
You would be a twiddling about with your feather duster and an apron on.
