Rudolph nose
      #273371 - 08/12/2008 16:28

I have a stinking cold. My nose is glowing like it's radioactive.
If you don't feel sorry for me I'll sneeze on this post, and YOU'LL catch it too.
I've got a girlie night out on Friday too - how on earth can I get rid of my sniffles in four days time so I can be all sophisticated??

Pah!

Thank you Cat! I'm currently taking cold and flu drugs, Vit C, drinking lots (water, tea and coffee) and feeling very sorry for myself, as I think I deserve a bit of a wallow in self-pity!

Oh go on then, I promise not to spread my nasty contagious germs all over the place - every time I sneeze I scare the cat anyway, poor thing

Nose update: still glowing, despite slathering it with Vaseline. And NOW I've lost my voice. Pah!!!

I need chocolate.

Rudolph nose, Rudolph nose,
Ow ow ow ow ow,
Ow ow ow,
Ow ow ow,
Ow ow ow ow ow ...
(to the tune of Jingle Bells)

AND chocolate didn't work cos I couldn't taste the blinkin' stuff!

Double pah!

Ha! Nose fine, not so glowy. Voice crackly, head fuzzy, hearing muffly, taste and smell gone AWOL.
Good news - I no longer scare the cat with my whooshing sneezes.
