If anyone else is interested please let me know...

Everyone is welcome!!!

The Original post isnt there anymore Cathy as you have done another 200 posts :-)

Girls Cathy will let you know if this info is still upto date :-)

Here it is Cathy ...

Hi Again Girls...
I have spoken to events organiser at Belfast Europa Hotel & have explained the situation from this end(so to speak!)
I have reserved 12 twin rooms @ £140 per person sharing for the 2nights including breakfast! & 3 triple rooms @ £100 per person sharing for 2nights includng breakfast! I have not reservered single rooms as hotel is reluctant to hold single rooms as they are actually double rooms but they can be booked due to availablity...single rooms are £200 for both nights including breakfast! The deposit is £50 per room and I have been advised that its better to book sooner rather than later as there is a cut off point & with it being a very popular/busy hotel any rooms not reserved may not be available...girls this hotel is booked way in advance so if there are more people interested please let me know ''ASAP!'' so I can reserve more rooms so far I have 30 forumers on my list for our FANTASTIC WEEKEND!!!
For booking details please PM me!
EVERYONE IS WELCOME!!!!!!!!!
Dont leave this too late girls as I dont want anyone to be disapointed!!!

When we have an idea how many are definitely coming we then can decide the next stage...ie:eating, drinking, partying!!!

Chatty!

Thanks Summer! The only difference is we do have single rooms reserved & at the last count over 40 girls names on my list!

Everyone is welcome regardless of how long you have been a forumer!

Best Wishes,

Cathy X

Just bringing this to the top again girls...I spoke to the events organiser at the hotel yesterday 16/1/09 about us wining & dining at the hotel if they can give us a good deal...I have also suggested a private room so we can have our own space...I have also explained I wanted to give you all a chance to recover from Christmas before badgering you all!lol!
Please dont hesitate to PM me if your interested...I will add a link to the hotel to give you some idea of what its like...and hopefully other links to places to visit...
