Still struggling with this site but AnnieF and dolphins217 are meeting at the Fish at Ringwood on Thursday 29th October at 6:00ish. If anyone, male or female would like to join us, please do! It's a little early for some but we can change times/venues for any further meet ups. Anyone in the Bournemouth/Poole area interested please contact us or turn up on the evening.

Hi I'm Lesley, age 50 and married with two teenage children. Would anybody be interested in joining a supper club in the brough area? I think it would be a good opportunity for people of a similar age to meet new friends and enjoy a good evening
of chat and laughter.

If anybody is interested, please let me know via this post and we can arrange the first evening meet up and organize details
Hope to hear from someone
Lesley

Hi Adrienne

I'm fairly new to Fife and looking to make friends in the area, I really miss my girlie friends (left all our family & friends behind in Yorkshire) - the phone is ok, but nothing like good natter over a cream bun and a coffee!

I saw that your post was from 2006, but wondered if you'd managed to get anything off the ground - or perhaps given up?

Can you let me know please as I'd be really interested in an eating out club, book club or something similar.

Thanks

Biffy

Hi Everyone,

We are interested in joining a Supper Club. We live in the Swansea area.
Do you know if Swansea has already got a Supper Club, if so who do we contact as we and another couple of friends of ours would like to know more about how a Supper Club works.

We welcome any further advice on the subject and welcome emails from others living in our locallity who are interersted in starting one up.

I've not had any luck with responses to my Supper Club Appeal.

So I guess some one has to take the plunge to get a

Supper Club off the ground here in the Swansea area.

Interested please contact me.

Thanks

Just registered today specifically to try and get involved with a supper club / book club - anything really just to start to get some independance again!!!!

Have you had any joy with a supper club yet? I live in Portsmouth too.

Recently joined forum. Understand your frustration don't seem to be able to get back to the same "threads" when I log on. I live in Hamilton and am looking for a supper club locally and have posted a couple of times. On my last log in managed to locate reference to one in North Lanarkshire, but as that can include Cumbernauld was looking more locally. Now can't get back to it anyway.

Dont think one exists in South Lanarkshire, maybe if a couple of us bite the bullet and arrange a date and venue and post an invite that might kick start it, what you think.

Fi

Hi Fiona27,
I am the same as you. I live near to hamilton and replied more than once to lizbonniescotland about starting a supper club in south lanarkshire. I dont drive so hamilton is ideal for me. There was quite a few people interested a couple of weeks ago but somehow the thread got lost and it has'nt come back. So annoying

Hi Slocar1
Yes I would be interested in joining a supper club or a Saturday coffee get together. I live in Sketty.
Please let me know what you have in mind. Never been to a supper club but I take cookery lessons!...
