walking in Littlehampton and surrounding areas
      #98600 - 17/04/2008 10:16

Now that the nice weather is on its way I would like to take up walking again. Would love company as time goes quicker when you can chat along the way and maybe stop for coffee.
So come on girls how about starting up a walking club in Littlehampton or surrounding areas.

Hi,

I live in Sheffield and am supposed to be training for the Ribbon walk in Derbyshire in June, but haven't started.

I don't know anyone else who will be there, so if you are going and are willing to befriend me, please let me know.

I'm a 35 year old University Student (studying Psychology but don't let that put you off).

Thanks
Caroline x

Hi, Sorry but Sheffield is a bit too far Ha!. I am in West Sussex. What a shame as I have posted on the forum before and thought I would try again so you can imagine the excitement when I saw a reply.
So anyone in West Sussex who fancies a bit of exercise please let me know and we can meet up.

Julia

If you check on the Forum under Walking in Brighton, there is a small group of ladies walking in the Sussex area. So far, the walks have mainly been in East Sussex including Ditchling Beacon tomorrow - Sunday 20th April. However, I think we plan on a walk in the Worthing direction next weekend.

We are a very mixed group of ages, jobs, etc but are getting along really well. We usually stop for a cup of tea or a glass of wine.

If you want anymore info or would like to join us at anytime, just e mail me at janice.d@tiscali.co.uk.

Hello
I live in Storrington and I go on lots of walks that are organised by Horsham District Council. Look at their website:
www.horsham.gov.uk/leisure_and_tourism
Tonight, weather permitting there is a walk from Kithurst Hill (between Amberley and Storrington)in the South Downs and we usually end up in a pub. It usually is about six miles, but there are shorter walks organised nearly every day.

Hi

I live in Worthing and would be interested in joining a walking club. Any suggestions from anyone?
