Be confident online
      #59059 - 11/02/2008 15:01

With new members joining every day, I thought it would be useful to share some tips for using the forums.

Remember that our forums are public and can be viewed by anybody on the Internet, not just forum users. Do not give out personal details such as your address, phone number, email address etc, in a post or on your profile.

If you are planning to meet up with other forum members - for a Supper Club, Walking Club or reader event - contact each other via private message for personal communication. Private messages can only be viewed by the recipient, and are not displayed publicly.

We want the woman&home forums to be a friendly environment, so please treat each other with respect. Remember that comments can be misconstrued when written down as the tone of voice is not conveyed. It's best to read your post back before you submit it!

We hope you enjoy being a part of this wonderfully supportive community.

Do PM me if you have any queries.

I recently came across an appealing site while browsing the internet. The site is www.inspiredwomen.com.au. Which inspires women to take good care of themselves. You can also indulge in the massages offered on the site. After all, only a happy woman can be a happy wife and a happy mother!

How are you getting on? I have just re-joined Diet CLub and have about 3 stone to lose.....I'm just greedy. I like my food and I don;t like moving, but I need to lose weight for my arthritic knees and my general "look"!

Hello and welcome flissT
