Day 583 ... Who fell off the horse?
      #503292 - 08/11/2009 18:42

Well, Blossom said she was back in the saddle yesterday, but where is everyone else? Have you all fallen off your horses and landed under the table? That's where I'll be later because it's time for OH and I to start festive fizz tasting so that we know what to buy for Christmas. It will either be Cava or Prosecco, although I need a glass of white to put in the risotto I'm making later. Might leave the fizz for next weekend. So much alcohol, so little time..... What's a girl to do?

I had a party last night..there were 23 including the children.

I didnt go overboard with either eating or drinking. To be honest, I was too busy flying round lookingafter evryone, so I feel I am still in the saddle. We were all talking about chriatmas get togethers alst night and it made me realise that if I am not strict with the golden rules , starting now (and continuing throught the festive season), then by january I will not only be depressed that christmas is over, but i will be fatter too.

Sooo...dont let the festive season be an excuse for forgetting the rules.!

I have fallen by the wayside last few days. .Last weeks blood tests gave rise to a query so I've had to have some repeated. Liver function was up the creek for a couple of years - now its normal, kidney function is playing up.

Probably nothing but can't help imagining. I'll get back into moving tomorrow, promise.

I'm still here but need to really stick to the rules. I love the daily posts but a lot of the FF ladies do seem to have disappeared. Please come back!!
