Template for party favours
      #503002 - 08/11/2009 10:18

Good Morning. I'd like to make the party favours on pages 177 and 179 of Dec. issue, but can't find the link to the template. Can anyone help?

I would get a piece of heavyweight paper and according to what size party favours you want then cut your paper to say 8" by 8" make it into a cone type of shape ..hth
Just got the magazine today as my subsription must start next month so looked at it for you and that is what i would do,i make a lot of differnat favour boxes for weddings and partys

Gilly54 - I saw these at a craft shop called "Hobbycraft" in Woking - www.hobbycraft.co.uk - perhaps call their customer services and see if they can help you.

Thank you so much. I'll try that. I want to get Christmas all wrapped up early. So to speak

Gilly54, I've tried the link and it's working now, but it takes a wee while to download. The square template on p177 has sides of 13cm, and the longest dotted lines are 15cm, and the short one is 7cm (these are the lines that make up the triangle in the middle of the square). For the paper trees on p179 you need a sector of a circle to make the cone, that has a radius of 13.7cm and an angle of about 135 degrees, plus a circle of radius 6.8cm for the base. Hope this helps, Sella.
