No ..I am not taking up horse riding , but intot he PMK saddle (lucky man!)
I have been following the golden rules this week and feeling good about it....I think the hardest rule is to only eat when you are hungry and not be dictated to by the clock , especially if you have a family, where mealtimes are important.
Which rule do you find most difficult to stick to?

That's an easy question, it's "stop when you start to feel full".
I had a good day yesterday, as lots of talking at lunchtime stopped me eating too much, although I didn't exactly savour every mouthful. Twas lovely to meet you in the flesh, Blossom, along with the other book club members. My very first forum meet that was! Hope the buffet tonight is a great success.
Ginnie, I think new curtains can give you a lift, especially as you're really pleased with them. I think I might excavate our bedroom today and see what turns up under the leaning tower of clothing. The bedroom really needs decorating, but the thought of the upheaval puts me off. I'd like it to be a calm oasis, but it looks more like the aftermath of an unsuccessful jumble sale.
Gilley, how are you doing? Are you looking forward to the weekend?
Enjoy the weekend break everyone, Sella.

Hi Sella and Blos
You know, I feel as if it is all clicking with me again now - these last few days have been quite painless and easy, I feel so in control.
My biggest problem is not reading or watching tv when eating. I eat so fast and mindlessy when I do but I can't quite get used to eating properly on my own.
Have a lovely weekend girls and enjoy this little bit of sunshine whilst we can.
xx

Hi Girls I still find it difficult to leave food on my plate but I know that I definitely serve myself a lot less. OH is always saying are you sure you've got enough - yes I have. Really pleased with the curtains. This room hadn't been redecorated for years as it wasn't used much since YD moved out but GSs use it now. We seem to be having lovely mornings and horrible weather from early afternoon so I have to have get up and go to enjoy the best of the day. Hope everyone has a good weekend Ginnie X
