Ohh ladies ... luckily I dont have this problem at the moment but no doubt it will catch up with the rest of my dangley bits one day !! l o l I am watching Watch Dog with Anne Robinson and have just noticed that despite the amount of cosmetic surgery this one little lady has had she has clearly forgotton about this particular part of her body.
Ann my darlin get those long gloves on or short sleeves when in front of a close up camera.
How would one tone this part of the body ??

I remember a forum lady months ago who had hurt her leg I think!! She was going up and down the stairs using her arms as she couldn't use the leg and said it was brilliant for bingo wings. I haven't forgotten that advice!!

Tricep dips are what is needed for bingo wings, or tricep push ups. Not pleasant but after awhile do work.

Hate mine but at a wedding a few weeks ago I let my arms hang out and still felt ok so perhaps we worry too much. I don't like the look though and have bought some weights to do exercises!!!!! lol I do find pashminas hide a multitude of sins and oh boy do I have some.

I do loads of tricep dips, tricep extensions and planks when I'm ast the gym, and I still have bingo wings. Lovely defined muscles underneath them though!
I've just given up hiding them - I'm 53, I've got flabby bits all over and life is too short to worry about my arms! In the summer I'd rather be cool and let it all hang out than cover them up and got hot and sticky!

I was told a good 'easy' exercise for bingo wings was to hold a large [15oz] tin of baked beans [or something] in each hand, hold out your hands in front of you on a level with your shoulders, then, keeping the hands together, take them back, over your head and lower them behind your head and carry on as far back down as you can reach. All the movements should be long and slow, and when you get as low down your back as you can go, then hold that position for the count of 15 then slowly come up, put your hands on your knees, and relax. Repeat as often as you have patience. You can certainly feel the stretch in the muscle when you do it. Mine are not too bad so it may work!! Oh, and don't wave vigorously when wearing sleeveless dresses, even the best batwings flap about then, just twiddle your fingers or blow a kiss!

Rosacarol, it's because when you shout "Bingo!" you hold your arm up and the flabby bits wobble!

Lie on your back on a flat surface even across a bed will do. Hold a weight such as a 2L bottle of water straight up in front of your face. One in each hand or do one arm at a time.
Lower the weight down beside your ear by bending elbow keep your elbow straight up and only move your lower arm. Then push the weight back up straightening your arm. Keep upper arms and elbows still throughout.
If you're getting too good get a heavier weight! or consider buying some dumbbells. (best option)
Also tricep dips sit on edge of a chair, holding the front of it with your hands let your bum off the seat and dip down elbows bending 90degrees press back up and dip down. Do ten before returning bum to chair.
bingo wings banished!!
