Moving more..Motivate your exercise muscle!!
      #501444 - 05/11/2009 16:14

According to an article in this months W and H those of us who aren't exercise lovers can become more energetic with a 'switch of mindset'!

What we should do ladies IS..ready for it?.....

Don't fret about finding the time or making the effort or you will give up...''Focus on the gain and not the pain and ask yourself ..whats in it for me?..'

Imagine how good you are going to feel when you have finished.By switching the idea from 'its a drag ' to 'its exciting' ..you're in the race!!!!

Hi Bloss
Moving more is exciting... moving more is exciting
I have enjoyed MM today as it was lovely here until about 2.30 and I enjoyed flouncing round town. Was here , there and everywhere. It's come to the time of year when, if it's nice in the morning I go out and do jobs later when it gets cold.
For me , today, moving more was exciting.
Ginnie X

Moving More is exciting...Moving More is exciting...Moving More would be a flipping miracle with a poorly ankle!

It is often a mindset thing, and the ability to live in the future, ie think of the gain and not live solely in the present think oh well one day of lounging on the sofa won't hurt.
