Hello everyone
Just a bit of poetic licence there - I've still got packing to do!!!
I won't be around for a bit as I'm off to Tenerife on my holidays tomorrow - yippee! I'm looking forward to sunshine, warmth, relaxation and flouncing in my summer clothes! Can't tell you how fantastic it is to feel confident about wearing bikinis!!
It's all thanks to FF and pmk - I can't thank you all enough for all the encouragement and inspiration you've given me.
So while I'm away flouncing, I hope you'll all be following the rules and telling yourselves how fabulous and gorgeous you are.

Hope you have a brilliant flouncing holiday. It's years since I've been to Teneriffe but did enjoy our time there.
We are having a lovely day here in NE. I have just got home from town. Felt really good to be walking round in the sunshine - and flouncing- in a jacket rather than a coat.

Ginnie, lighter clothes do make you feel lighter, enjoy your flouncing too.

Have a great time Ally. My neighbour is just back from Gran Canaria and she phoned today to say what a great time she had. The weather was lovely.

Hi Ally, are you anywhere near Playa del Duque, near Costa Adeje?
If you are, then a great place to go is La Torre del Mirador, a wonderful restaurant with a singer songwriter from Liverpool called Ged Roberts. Check it all out on

We met him several years ago and he has become a friend, great music.
