Got weighed again this morning. Lost another 4lbs. That's a stone in 3 weeks!!
Silly as it sounds, now I'm doing all this stepping with the Stepsisters, I may actually have to increase my calorie intake a little. I don't want to lose the weight too fast because my skin doesn't have the elasticity it used to have, and doesn't ping back into place.
I'm carrying quite a lot of my weight round my stomach and I don't want to end up with the dreaded "apron" of loose flesh.
Having said that, I'm chuffed to bits!! I hope everyone else out there has had a good week too.
Let's see what week four brings!!

Hi rosa
Well done!
When I used to be on Fitbug, I used to be able to eat 1900 calories on 18,000 steps a day and still lose weight.
Try Bio oil for your skin. It's a bit expensive but lasts for ages and is the most effective when you are losing weight.

Thank you both. Hadn't thought about Bio-oil, Chilla. It's a good idea. I've been using Nivea "My Silhouette" which is quite good but leaves my skin feeling a bit sticky.
I have a problem with my tummy, I have a very large scar across my bikini line (hysterectomy). Because the scar is tight, the loose flesh sort of hangs over the top. Sounds awful - but that's the way it is. Perhaps Bio-oil would soften the scar too. I'll give it a try.

Thank you megan & kez
I seem to be "in the zone" at the moment and I'm actually enjoying exercising, and dieting & thinking up low-calorie meals. Long may it last!!
It's when calorie counting becomes a bore and I can't be bothered to weigh and measure my food any more that the problems will start.
If I get to that stage I shall need all the help I can get, and I shall be onto the forum like a shot!

Hi Rosa
How fab for you congratulations, so well done. Bio oil is good, D's OH has a terrible burn on his arm, but you barely notice it now with Bio oil.

Thank you Carsma
Bought a bottle of Bio-oil this afternoon. Will use it tomorrow after my shower and see how I get on.

Hi Rosacarol, well done, I have the same issue following two caesarians but I have noticed that since my tummy is flatter I can pull it in much better. So for instance driving I can actually pull my stomach in and hold it in which makes me sit up much more upright in the car. This exercise is very good and can be done anywhere. I also dread the apron but if it was too bad I think it would be the one surgical op I would have - assuming I had achieved a slim body everywhere else. I also keep wondering about wearing heels again as you have to suck your tummy in and pull your bottom in to stay on top. I have been using bio-oil and it did heal a very old burn scar that kept not healing, but I think wrinkly skin may take a lot longer. Thanks for keeping us posted I like to hear how other people are doing. Briony
