OHs don't need to know everything. Just take things slowly, the better you feel in yourself, the easier it will be to resolve things with your OH.

Delighted you are feeling better - ChrissiFi is right OH's do not need to know everything that is in our heads. Remember a lot of the resentment was in your head and he does not even know half of what you were feeling - so if you can resolve things for yourself you can get back on track - he will just be gald the storm has passed! When you are feeling better you must address the underlying problems as you cannot keep bottling things up - but wait until you are calm and in control.

Best Wishes
Elly
