that my little Millie Moo spent the entire night sat by the front door waiting for me to come home...it made me really sad

Don't feel guilty, I am sure you have given her lots of special cuddles.

Oh poor wee lamb, just lets you know just how much she loves you! She'll survive you know so dont feel guilty, you'll always go back to her and give her a big cuddle.

I always hate it when I leave Dylan to go on holiday, I hate to admit it I always cry when I leave him even though I know he is being well looked after by my D & SIL & S, cant imagine leaving him in a kennel. He wouldn't survive I know as he's far too spoiled at home!!

You go and enjoy yourself next week.

Izzy x

Fluff, don't be taken in! I've had cats for years and years and they go for the sympathy vote. they pretend they've been waiting all day for you etc etc. But I've caught them out, ASLEEP and then they suddenly materialise and look as though they've been there all day.
DON'T fall for it! Cats have a different language

They know how to make us feel guilty Fluff.

First time I left dog in the kennels, I worried for 2 weeks. When I collected her she did a sort of OMG have I got you again look and I was gutted!!!!!

Ooh, our dog is going into kennels this weekend, and I hate leaving him. They are very good and the dogs run around and play all day, and sleep together in reception unless the dog is aggressive or doesn't get along with other dogs.
Much better than being put in a kennel, but even so....

Our dogs fuss if just one of us goes out in the evening. If they're left with family when we're on holiday when we get back one is glued to my side and the other won't have anything to do with us for a couple of days.
