soap....have invited 10 friends, acquaintances over for a soap making lesson, followed by coffee, cake and some of the chocolate truffles made the other day.
I will be making Vanilla and honey soap and lavender (for Xmas pressie etc), the guests will bring their own aroma's and oils. One of the guests is going to show us how to make lip balms too.

There are quite a few expats here in southern Italy, it'll be good to see them after such a long time.

Vinca, me too - I use lip balm more than lipstick, especially as the weather gets colder. Would love to have a go at making my own. Must remember to 'have a google' at lunchtime!

Oh, what a fun day that will be. Wish I could join in.

I can never take for granted the euphoria produced by a cup of coffee. I'm grateful every day that it isn't banned as a drug, that I don't have to buy it from a pusher, that its cost is minimal and there's no need to increase the intake. I can count on its stimulation 365 mornings every year. And thanks to the magic in a cup of coffee, I'm able to plunge into a whole day's cheerful thinking.

Another one wishing she could be there too!

My favourite soap is honey.
