I thought it was so good that he helped her so much when she was down. She looked fantastic at the end!!!! I know he gets lots of criticism but the progs I've seen, he seems good and he was REALLY fat as a child so he knows about weight loss

Gok is such a lovely person, and he gains the subjects trust. It is his honesty with them and his caring nature. Dont know how anyone cant like him. I wish I had a best friend like him on bad days. Wish I lived near the Bluewater Shopping Centre.

I just saw Gok with a lady who had had breast cancer and a Mastectomy. A worthy subject. often they just look like models moaning about nothing. She looked great at the end and he managed to turn her life around What a n achievement. He does a great job!

Summer, we've still got the older lady to look forward to.

OH and I watched last night's the first time round and even OH had damp eyes. Even more so last night. That lady is a complete star! Gok's not about clothes like T&S but about giving someone back their life. What a great guy.
