...I can officially tell you that to walk the full 'route' round ikea takes 2000 steps.
Should have gone for a walk tonight, but sooo cold and wet that I suggested IKEA to OH ..and he was up for it!!
Any other ideas for Moving More on these dark cold nights ladies?!!

At least something good can at last come out of the dreadful layout of that place! We have just bought a Wii Fit and it is great. Lots of stepping exercises, fun and you don't have to get wet!

LOL Bloss - I think I'd rather get wet and cold but if you go back can you let me know and I'll give you a list..... I'm still hopping with a bad ankle, so I'm definitely moving less.
