Hello Bristol Rose - welcome to the forum

I soooo wish I had one, cant give you any advice but there are some lovely ones on the market at the mo.

If you get one make sure you pop along to the supper club in Bristol and tell us all about it... or post some details on the forum.

Hope to talk to you again soon.

Scarpantoni xx

I have a Britannia range cooker and absolutely love it - have had it for 6 years now.

I had the same sort of oven as you before moving here to a much larger house and will be moving again soon to a smaller house ( due to divorce) and an eye-level double oven again.

I will miss my fabulous range. Go for it!

I've got a rangemaster professional and I think its fantastic ! two electric ovens plus seperate grill and 5 gas burners - there is nothing I cannot tackle with this cooker !! I had a baumatic range cooker before - which was useless - only one large gas oven with the grill built into it, it took ages to heat up and was constantly going wrong (at least twice a year ! ) in the end the only way I could get the gas oven to stay on was to wedge it shut with a chair !! Do your research first before you buy - try the which magazines in the library ??

I've got a Stoves Richmond all electric range. The hob has two induction and two ceramic rings and a warming zone, and is completely flat, like a sheet of glass, with no nooks and crannies to clean. It has three ovens and two grills and looks the bees knees. I love it.

I have a Belling dual fuel range cooker - it's great especially at Xmas when you never have enough space. I have 2 electric ovens - one fan - and 5 hobs all different sizes. also have a warming plate that gets really quite hot - especially good for warming plates or keeping something hot without spoiling!!
