Thanks mjm - I'm relieved to have stayed the same - I think I actually went up and came down again. I am trying to exercise more, though the arthritis makes it hard.
Well done those who have lost weight - Ally L don't disappear altogether!
Good luck for the next fortnight everyone.

Hi mjm,
Had problems getting onto the forum yesterday and then forgot. I have put on one pound.
On the positive side, I bought a fitted top yesterday which I am sure I wouldn't have got into a while ago.
Weight there but shifting around!
Lets go for it girls. Have a good couple of weeks.

Hi everyone and thanks Mjm for doing this. I am so pleased to be down 2lbs as after a 10 cruise for me that is good going. I really did follow the PMK rule to stop when I was full and it meant I had dessert only one evening. I see there are a lot of no change which is great when you realise you haven't gone up. To those who have gone up just try to keep to the rules and don't give up hope. Only a few weeks till Christmas and I am determined to keep going down. Good Luck everybody.

Hi mjm and everyone
Thanks for keeping us right, mjm and congratulations to all the losers and NCers.
No danger of me disappearing, Chickadee - honest!
I'm determined to keep in shape for a flabulous, flouncing Christmas party season. My ultra-lean, superfit brother is coming over from Canada for New Year!
Go for it girls!

Afternoon all. I'm happy with my no change status, especially as people keep telling me I'm wasting away! That's a laugh - you'd be looking at me for a very long time before the name Twiggy sprang to mind .

Thanks mjm. I'm accepting my loss at face value and patting myself on the back. Just to get a 'no change' is such a relief when you step on the scales - well done everyone. You're right - not long till Christmas that all important looking nice season. I promised myself a new outfit if I lost enough weight, I guess my money is safe! Ha Ha
I Noticed Ginnie's pm got lost this time, it was mine last time so I'm glad I'm not the only one.
Good luck everyone for the next two weeks - lets try to make it count!

Well done everybody - you are stars in the making.
Bloss, its just you and me kid, walking that walk of shame - lets make it the last one this year - lets hold our heads up high and get back with the program - we can do it, we can get slinky for Christmas...................
We just need to start activating that pause button in our brain and remember the rules.

Hi,
can I join you this week. Badly need to focus but I can do it if I know you are all watching.
I was at my WW class this morning and today we wrote cards to ourselves stating our goal for Christmas ( can be a certain weight or dropping a dress size etc.) These are posted to us by our leader to arrive on the door mat on Christmas Eve. I think it is quite a good idea.Hope I still think that in 7 weeks time!
