How did we all do? Despite fearing I'd gained I've stayed the same again. At least my weight's not going up! Not long until Christmas now - lets double our efforts to enter 2010 similar and healthier than before.

Hi ChrissiFi and everyone
I'm rather amazed that I've lost weight, since I've been eating out quite a lot recently. I'm going on holiday on Friday, so perghaps the rules might go out of the window!! I'm trying to maintain my weight, rather than lose any more, so I won't worry if I put a couple of lbs on when I'm away.
Hope you are all happy with your weigh-ins and I agree with ChrissiFi, let's stay focussed on going into 2010 fit, healthy and flabuless!

Hi Everyone,
I'm amazed that I have lost weight. Especially since my OH has bought chocolates on at least 3 occasions. I've had a couple of very sleepy days so hope I can get back to the exercises next week.
Of course, I don't know if I really have lost weight. I have diabetes insipidus which means I lose too much fluid. I have medication to stop me losing too much. With such a small weight loss I can't know for sure whether I am down on fluid, just as a small gain might be a small retention. When it comes to about a stone I'll know.
Good luck everyone.

Hola chicas I am delighted to have lost a pound could not believe it when I stood on the wii. We were on a mini cruise last week and I did eat wonderful food but I did not stuff myself and we drank very little booze ( it was far to expensive) off to Barcelona to meet son on Thursday so we might get a few nice meals in while we are there .

Hola, SL et al. I've stayed the same, and there was me thinking I was fattening myself up for Christmas. ChrissiFi, I feared the same as you so I'm quite surprised.
Ally, trust you to keep on losing! You'll be able to really enjoy your holiday with no worries about your weight.
Crafty and Ginnie, keep smiling .

I haven't weighed in today because I forgot and am not too well today which is why I am on here earlier than usual, really didn't want to make a bad day any worse by weighing myself Well done to all those who are still losing and maintaining jamjams x

Hi everyone. Hope you have a great holiday AllyL. Well I lost a little bit of weight but it was over 4 weeks as was on hols last weigh-in but still am delighted as usually on a cruise you put on about half a stone so listening to PMK and following the rules has definitely helped me. Feeling more inspired now and hope on next weigh-in I will be back down another little bit.

Hi ladies
I think I am the only one walking the walk of shame, can't positivly remember my last weight but I think I've gained..
I have been off the computer for a while so am catching up on the posts - one forumer wrote about positive thinking and said it is all about having a pause button in the brain and re-thinking yourself, that really sums all this up doesn't it?
I am off to find my pause button and start putting it in to action for the next fortnight.
