Ok ladies
just seen in a Sunday mag some skin tight leggings in glitter 6 inch heels and skimpy top all at ridiculous prices
so who wears this ? not me ...or am I just frumpy?

Well my daughter wears the skin tight leggings but not the rest. However she is only 15, a size six and buys them from topshop; so I think she can get away with them!

I think fashion like this is for young or skinny people,most people wearing this stuff can't have a full length mirror in their house.

Hi Rosetta,
Whoever they are, I am green with envy, first of all that they are so young, secondly, admire their confidence, wished I had that amount of money at their age, and last but not least, people thought I was extremely brave, when I wore Mary Quant mini dresses upto the tops of my thighs ha ha.

My 20 year old daughter has lots of pairs of leggings - including sequin ones for clubbing nights which are always worn with the the highest of high heels. None of her clothes are high priced she's a high street shopper but I have no doubt that some young women have the cash available for "designer" ranges.

Well, I'm 53, have a figure like a sack of King Edwards and rather short legs. Guess who won't be wearing them? Me! (The good folk of Berkshire will be relieved!)
