HI! Can anyone help with a simple biscuit recipe suitable for two 8 year old boys to make. I have been asked to mind them for a few hours and need a contingency plan in case the weather is bad. I looked up my cookery books and the recipes all seem to need chilling for a while before making the biscuits. Small children seem to want to get on with things immediately. Thanks

Get a digestive and put 2 marsh mallows on them and microwave for 25 secs on high and then when they rise and go all frothy put another digestive on top like a sandwich ...yummy
Get some coke and put a dollop of ice cream in and watch it go rally frothy and fill up the glass .... nice for boys...they like slightly messy sort of stuff.
Or same as Crafty but with rice crispy's
