Hi all
My oh's grandma is diabetic and every year I make her up a hamper of diabetic friendly goodies, this year I would like to make her a Christmas Cake, I have found a couple of recipes of the net, but wondered if any one has a proven recipee that they would share with me?

Jenni I have been injecting for almost 20 years, I make the same cake all the time....
never changed it, was told by diabetic sister youcan take the same amount of diabetic products as normal, only difference is 3 times the price tag...
