Day 574 Weekend Ahead
      #496884 - 30/10/2009 13:28

Hello everyone

Well it's Friday again and I'm looking forward to the weekend. It's been a busy week.

Haven't anything special planned, although I will probably go swimming with D and GS - all counts towards the moving more. Actually I do move a lot more at the weekend anyway - it's just during the week that I'm deskbound.

What are you looking forward to this weekend. Do you find it easier or harder to stick to pmk's rules?

Anyway, I'd better get back to work - only a few hours to go now. Have a lovely weekend, everyone and good luck for Monday's weigh-in!

Hi Alllyl. I find it more difficult at the weekend due to having a few glasses of vino. That is when i want to have some nibbles or cheese etc. I do still try to stick to the PMK rules as much as I can. The weather this week hasn't enticed me to exercise so hopefully next week I will feel more motivated. Hope all the FF ladies have a great weekend. aec

Not holding out much hope for Monday's weigh-in but there's still Sat and Sun to go. I really must try harder. It's that OH of mine - bought me a box of chocolate brazils. Imagine. What did he think I was going to do with them?

Successful weekend to all you FFs out there.

Crafty, I know exactly how you feel. Mr Vee keeps giving me little treats, like breakfast in bed with choccy croissants, but it's not quite the healthy eating option.

aec13cat, we've had lovely weather so I've gone for a walk most days, but haven't been outside today.

Ally, I'm looking forward to OH coming home and us going out for a glass of wine. I'm trying not to worry about the weigh in .

Hi All,

I am out for lunch on Saturday so will enjoy and stop eating when I am full, after the pudding of course.

Sunday will be quiet and I hope to go for a walk although I believe the forecast is rain.
