Diet Buddies - Weigh in
      #496792 - 30/10/2009 10:33

Hi Diet Buddies, hope you all have had a good week. I admit I was a bit mystified as my electronic scales have been stuck around the same weight for a week even though I felt lighter. So I reset them and bingo! I am 10stone 9.5lbs just 1.5lbs away from my goal weight and tomorrow was the target date for losing my first two stones. So although I shouldn't think I'll hit target tomorrow I still feel really pleased.
I am going to reset my target for 10 stone and just keep whittling away the excess pounds.
Good luck to you all
Briony

Well done Briony - I don't think I'm an official diet buddy but I have been following the diet club for 2 weeks now and hae lost 3lbs so I'm happy, even though I feel as though I've lost more, judging by how my clothes feel.
I have electronic scales too and sometimes I just don't believe them!

Hang on in there and well done it's never easy losing weight. I have 8lbs to go....

Well done Briony1, its great when the scales tell the truth isn't it.

Farmerswife there is nothing official about the diet buddies, anyone can join in with our posts, well done to you too.

Not a good week for me as I have swine flu and feel awful, should be loosing weight as I am not eating that much but the scales tell me different. I am not going to weigh myself until I am better.! !

Hi Diet Buddies, suzidee farmerswife and Briony

Congratulations on your weight loss. I could do with
some encouragement and wondered if I could join
the diet buddies too. Do you
weigh in once a week?

Alice

Hi Alice,
Diet Buddies weigh in once a week usually Friday and commiserate or cheer each other on.
Please feel free to start a post or add to a post to let us know how you're doing.
Briony
