Hi to all FFs.Don't forget a huge part of PMKs message is that we need to tell ourselves how wonderful we are.Don't forget to look into the mirror,accept who you are and say "I love you".Do it daily and you will start to believe it.
If you can find someone else to say it to as well it will be a bonus.Dogs,cats and all pets count as significant others so get saying those words whenever you can.
This is probably better than the screaming I advocated yesterday but that helps too Lol

Lovely post. I've just got home from the shop and am creamcrackered as we were really busy. We are selling lots of christmas cards and gifts now.
I confess that when I got ready to go I thought " you scrub up well" and before PMK I wouldn't have said that.

Haven't got round to the looking in the mirror bit. Still concentrating on not eating all evening. Haven't been out that much recently so haven't 'been dressed' to look in mirror. Certainly not ready to look in my undies - even Gok Wan would be challenged with that one! Maybe (hopefully) in time. (I mean me not him!)

Crafty,please try and do the mirror thing.I really do believe it worked wonders for me when I started on my PMK journeyIt may seem like a stupid thing to do but it is important that you begin to boost your self image.

Yes, we are all wonderful and it makes a big difference how you view yourself.
Look in a hand mirror if you aren't ready to look at the whole you yet.
Because we're gorgeous.

Am I missing a thread because today is the 301 day of the year.?
And I dropped a handbag mirror whilst rummaging in my bag today, so I am keeping fingers crossed that the old superstition for 7 years bad luck is just a pure fantasy !! l o l

Rest easy Scarp,you will not have 7 years bad luck.I've done a special spell to make sure that doesn't happen!
The Day 572 refers to the amount of time FFs have been going on the Forum.FF=Flabuless Forummers.We are all losing ,or have lost ,weight using the PMK(well known hypnotist) system.He teaches us to love ourselves as we are at whatever weight we are.The increased self esteem helps us on our way and I truly believe this is a vital part of his system.
I think it can help us resist comfort eating and look forward to the future with hope that our eating habits can,and will,change.
