Fit Farms in The Peak District

Has anyone been to them ? I am going in November for a week of exercise and diet.I have had a tough year and was unable to exercise for months and want to get fit and hopefully loose a couple of pounds before Christmas. Really looking forward to it but would love to know if anyone has been to them in the Peak District or at Exmoor.They got a good write-up on The Sunday Times a while back.
