Please come along and support the first walk of Notts group on Saturday 24th October 2009 meeting at 11am in the car park in front of the Unicorn Pub, Trentside, Gunthorpe, Notts NG14 7FB.
Nice easy circular first walk, on the flat, of about 4 miles with lovely river views and over the fields away from traffic. Wear suitable shoes as it can be muddy.
Afterwards we can go for lunch.
We will sit at a picnic table by the car park with a front cover of Woman & Home.

Hi
The walk last Saturday didn't happen. I was ill the day before and still didn't feel good so I went along just to give advice and a copy of the walk but no one turned up anyway. Afterwards I found one lady did come but was delayed so we just missed each other. Bit of a disaster - don't think I will try again well at least not this year. Might have a re think in the Spring.
