Models for Welsh Fashion Show
      #465558 - 15/09/2009 17:05

Cardiff plays host to the first Welsh Breast Cancer Care Fashion Show next February. The 20 models will be men and women from across Wales who have had breast cancer. The deadline for applications has been extended so there is still time to apply if you're quick. For more info on the event or to download an application form go to the Breast Cancer Care homepage/Get involved/events/special events.

If you get a chance to model go for it. I was a model for a local boutique for many years raising money for various charities and loved every minute of it even though I did get butterflies before I walked out onto the catwalk. It gave me a chance to try out clothes I would have never have chosen for myself. The audience said they really appreciated seeing 'normal' women modelling the outfits.
