I'm 35 single and overweight!!
I was diagnosed with PCOS about 3years ago, and somehow started to blame my weight issues on this...I recently had full blood tests and found that my Glucose levels were actually fine....suddenly it dawned on me....I can't keep blaming my weight gain on my condition (although I'm sure it plays a part)...but the simple truth is that I don't do enough excercise and I eat too much of the wrong things...especially fox's Rocky Bars.....I actually think I could be addicted!!
Yesterday I started my new plan....and this time I mean it...no I really do..Ha Ha!
I will keep you posted....

Welcome to the forum. Why don't you join us in the FF (Flabulous Forumers) and MM (Moving More) threads? We post everyday and there are loads of ideas and support. We are a very friendly group and we know how difficult losing weight (and keeping it off!) can be.
