My Millie
      #416429 - 04/07/2009 15:30

Well it's definately an eye infection...she has been given antibiotics in form of an injection (she was very brave!) and I have eye drops to give her twice daily (like I haven't got enough scratches on me!!).

And I am £73 worse off Must must must get pet insurance!!

Poor litle thing,

You must Fluff, we had the dog insured and that cost enough, but the cats we had to pay for, they all lived to a ripe old age as all our animals have done and cost a fortune,

Now have Phoebe, the tiniest tabby you ever saw, dumped at animal rescue, with a huge litter of kittens, hence her so tiny I suppose, but I have her insured now, She was obviously 'raped' in her first season which is why she is so small and won't go far from me,,,,,,,,,,

The cats cost us a fortune wih all their illnesess and I never got them insured, Really check out the policies though for what they cover, ok ??

Carsma X

Now that we have retired I am really thinking about a little cat or dog. OH dead against it. He says we do tend to go away for the odd weekend and sometimes we have been known to stay a week.
I suppose I agree with him. Could always get somebody to feed a cat though couldn't we.

My big fear is that they bring you ' presents'. I would die if my cat brought a mouse in.

They must be comforting to come home to. For a long time I thought of a Bichon Frise. Quite expensive so I have been told, but oh, aren't they cute.

Will have to try at a later date I suppose.

Scarlets, Millie goes mad when I come home from work. She leaps herself through the flat, leaps onto the end of my bed where she knows she will get cuddles from me! Sometimes she comes to greet me at the door and gives me instant miaows! She's such a special little thing to me!

Have to say we have had a few misadventures over the years, the year we had two, Bubble and Squeak and they got the runs, We had loads of different panes of glass in one door, but one was missing and they knew that, carer didn't so they just slipped through and crapped everywhere,

Phoebe is awful for catchin,g mice, but can't be bad I suppose, we used to have them in the house sometimes, She woke me a 5,00 he other morning trying to get into my bathroom bin, On and on it went, when ex got up I made him look and there was a dead mouse under the bin,

Sometimes we find just a tail, sometimes entrails, but it isn't often, but for the love she gives it is worth it, honestly,,,,,,,,,,,,

Hi Fluff

Bless Millie, they get so special in your life don't they, Hope she will be ok, sure she will, she is just sulking,

Funny creatures, when we had two once, they hated one another , one lived upstairs and one down, until one broke a leg on NYE when fireworks went off, then they looked after one another, until it was better, as if it knew it was so ill, weird,,,,,,,,,,,
