How are you all today? What are you thinking?
Thank God its Friday - I've had a rotten week and I deserve to break out the wine and chocolates - its too late for the weigh-in now so I'll start again on Monday....
OR
I really want to be slim and its going to work this time..
My life will not be ruled by a chocolate biscuit (to quote our leader)
I can treat myself with things other than wine and food...
I am amazing and today I am a bit lighter then yesterday...

I know which mindset I want and I know that I want to be slim and comfortable.
It has too be a worthwhile struggle so lets keep it up ladies
WE CAN DO IT

Hi gilley
It is difficult and I find I get very frustrated when I am being good etc and really following the rules and then scales tell a different story but I am determined to keep going. I have 14 weeks till my hols and so want to be slimmer so with all the success stories I am determined to be one of them as well. Have a great weekend everyone and follow the rules.

Gilley, you are doing a great job of starting posts this week. That must help with the weight loss.
I'll go for your second suggested mindset, with occasional ice cream.

Thanks for keeping it going all week gilley, and you've been really helpful. I am in the bad books with OH and kids for making a nice healthy chicken salad tonight and not phoning the chinese - honestly, feed them healthily and save about £25 and what thanks do I get?!

Hi gilley and everyone else
Thanks for taking the lead on the posts this week, it's really great to log on and just read. I've been really busy this week, so haven't posted very much.
DMB - have a great time at the wedding. I love weddings so much, it's all that happiness, love and hope for the future.
Mr F and I went food shopping after work today and then we had a glass of wine and some posh crisps in the garden. It was blissful, sitting in the sunshine and really marking the end of the week and the start of the weekend. Unfortunately we don't do this often enough.
Whatever you are doing this weekend, have a great time and I look forward to talking to everyone tomorrow.
Take care Foxie x.

I am no longer part of the FF's as I just could not get on with PMK. Brain too programmed into breakfast, lunch and dinner at certain times!!!! But last Sunday when I got on the scales and they told me to "get off you are hurting us" was the last straw. I had put on 3lbs from when I started FF so drastic measures.
Went back to my old favourite that really works for me, especially as I am now at home all the time, which is calorie counting. I have been very strict and this morning the scales said "much better". I have lost 4lbs!!!! I am over the moon.
Keep up the good work all you FF's.

Thimble I hope you won't be a stranger, you are always welcome to post on the FF thread with ideas and comments. I hope you are still with us on the MM posts too.
Reading between your recent posts, I realise that life has thrown you a few banana skins, so it's lovely to see you posting again.
Take care, sending you a hug and a butterfly!
