Hi Ladies
How did you get on with pmk, do you feel a little lighter today - stomach a little flatter.
I do, I know its all in the mind but so is overeating!!
Looking at the short term, taking baby steps has boosted me so::
"Today I will follow pmk too" "Today I will try to move more too"
Have a flabuless day xx

Hi gilley and everyone
My boost today is wearing a floaty gipsy skirt, which last summer I had to pull up so the waist was under my boobs, because it was too tight to pull over my hips!! Today it is sitting very loosely on my hipbones. It's a great reminder of how far I've come!
Have a flabuless positive day!

Well, yesterday wasn't brilliant for me because by the time I read gilley's post I'd already had a bag of crisps and a croissant, however today I've been in work which has kept me away from the pantry and I've managed to resist OH's attempts at sabotage. He's just offered me a jumbo chocolate chip cookie! And the only reason I had the crisps and the croissant yesterday was because he bought them. And he's bought some more croissants today. Why? It's no help. He loves my new shape but I don't think he has any idea how much of a struggle it is to stay slim. Which reminds me - to all those of us who are struggling, but are still a lot lighter than we were, we're doing well!!!
Here's to positive feelings.

Hi Girls, Sella_Vee, my OH is exactly the same but he is 6'3" and I am 5'3", he seems to think I can eat the same as him, I think he must have been rewarded with food when he was wee! I went shopping with D's on Tuesday evening and guess what - I am down a dress size in most things! With great delight I sent the 16's back to the rails. Trousers still mostly need a bit bigger, but I always had a bum one size bigger than the rest of me anyway. Ally L you are as always an inspiration and gilley I haven't been on for a couple of days and you sound so much more positive. Keep it up, you are a star.

Sella_Vee what a lovely thought. I hadn't thought of things that way. I am wearing a pair of trousers which were tight and now they are loose and even baggy. You are right, that is progress, sometimes we need to look back to go forwards.
Regarding your OH and the croissant. Can you just say one bite for me and one for Paul as you eat it? You could then throw Paul's portion out to the birds.
AllyL - your gypsy skirt must be floor length now if last year you were wearing it under your boobs and now it slipping off your hips? What a wonderful story.
gilley - you are slimmer and lighter than you were yesterday and tomorrow you will be slimmer and lighter than you are today.
