Hi Ladies

I have decided that I am going to be a succes at this pmk business - it is up to me and nobody else..

Will you join me, all you successes and stuck in a ruts, lets make the Bank Holiday in August our best yet???

STOP WHEN FULL...

MOVE MORE....

Lots of other things but they seem to be the main rules, I reckon if we stick hard with it until Friday night - we should be feeling so please with ourselves, it will be easier to continue.

Yes - I'm with you and trying very hard. Have started to move more also and between the two hope by Aug bank hol will have definitely got some-where. I like the PMK way of thinking and if I stick to it will notice the benefits.

no mas trampas !!!
no more cheating we only fool ourselves , saw the tv programme about diets last night and the Mediterreian one came out best so i have no excuse !!!

Count me in! PMK is a lifestyle choice for me now and I don't intend to ever be fff (fat, flabby and frumpy!) ever again! Flabuless and Fabulous, girls that's what we are!

I haven't listened to the cd for ages, so I am going ight now to do it, before the sun hits my garden , cos i will want to go out and sit in it then!!
