HI Ladies
After meeting Dec yesterday and seeing how trim and toned she is, I have decided to take her advice of 15 squats, arm curls and tummy crunches twice a day.
I have also added 15 x 2 Ballett plie to for those jiggly inner thighs.
Anybody else got any quick tone tips?

Good Luck - mine look nothing like this but it does get those inner jiggly bits - hope you can get back up again...

Not sure about the plie I would probably not be able to do the graceful bit of getting back up! I will give the tummy crunches a go though, anything to help tone that area.

Sorryto be awkward but a plie is nothing like squats, it is a control action.
1 Face something to balance yourself with kitchen bench is good.
2 stand up straight, with your feet together.
3 by lifting your toes and parting them you end with yourf eet in first position, balance on balls heels and little toe, feet should not be rolling in or out (v v v important)
4 pretend you have 5p place in between your bum cheeks.
5 press your knees out over your toes trying not to let your heels up, and don't drop your 5p ( I normally go down for 4 and up for 4, when thighs get bit stronger hold for 4 at the bottom, make sure you watch your posture and don't stick your bum out)
this is a demi plie... it can be done with feet apart in second position as well
knew those dance qualifications would come in handyone day
have fun Jamjams x

Sorry, apart from walking, it's just been too hot to exercise this week. Not very good for my first week of MM

HI all, I have done the arm curls and the squats and that will probably be it for the next decade or so. Seriously I hate, hate, hate exercises like these and would rather go for a 5 mile walk than do 5 minutes of exercises. I must try harder! Now I'm going out for a walk and to play a bit of tennis (I suppose you can loosely call what I do playing tennis) at the local courts. At least waving the racquet around is a form of arm exercise Blossom - you are doing arm exercise getting the food into your mouth. Now start trying to get it in using your feet and that will exercise your legs chaddy

I haven't done my 15x2 yet but have had lots of exercise at school even though it's been TOOOOOOOOO hot to move. No air conditioning there!!
I taught at home too for 3 hours and very annoyingly the air con has been out of action for 2 weeks now, so have had to resort to the electric fan, not the same. We installed the AC 3 years ago when the neighbours complained about the music one hot day in June, so with double glazing and aircon we can usually work without worry that we're a nuisance!! Cecilia

Unfortunatley walking and a bit light yoga is all i'm up too, if I go too mad joints start going ping, not nice.
OOOOh forgot to say when I was in ballet marm mode, in order to get good posture, I was told by a russian dancer to imagine I had a pole going through the crown of head and coming out of my lady perferations (he was russian and his english wasn't good), all upright movements slide up and down the pole and rotate around it. gosh I've just realised my mum was rightI was a pole a dancer!! on that note night night
