North Yorks Walking Club - Walk 5th July

Our next walk is on Sunday 5th July based around Osmotherley and Scarth Wood Moor with the option of taking in Mount Grace Priory. The walk is about 6 miles and the longer version to include the priory is 7 1/2 miles. If you would like to join us please PM me for details.

Can you tell me where you are based in NY - and how strenuouss are the walks? I am very unfit and also have a damagaed achilles tendon (so no problmes there then!) but I would love to start getting fitter - company! Caroline
