Hi
I live in Tamworth, Staffordshire and I'm looking for a diet and exercise buddy. I'm 37 and have already lost 2 and a half stone, but need to drop that again to get to my ultimate goal!
Anyone interested?

Why don't you join the FF (Flabulous Forumers) and MM (Moving More) threads? There are lots of us there who post everyday and really help and support each other.
