Walking along Birmingham canals.
      #412765 - 24/06/2009 20:57

Hi, this is my first post on the W&H forum !
I have just moved to the very centre of Birmingham and would love to join a walking club if one exists. Ideally would be happy to go for a brisk walk once or twice on weekdays along the canals. Would prefer mornings but can be flexible.

Hi Poppy123,

Don't think anyone has arranged a walking club in Birmingham yet so I will watch for replies with interest.

However.... we do have a Supper Club which meets once a month in Birmingham city centre and a Book Club which meets once a month in Hall Green/Harborne.

Send me a pm [private message] if you'd like details of the Supper Club. We're actually meeting this Friday!

Maybee

Hiya
I live in Solihull but would definitely like to walk the birmingham canals. I can walk sat/sun/mon/tues in term time. Most days in school holidays as I am a primary school teacher. Any good to you?
