DAY 447.........WEIGH IN RESULTS...
      #412131 - 23/06/2009 10:05

Good morning Flabuless forumers, I hope you are all reved up and excited for the next 2 weeks ahead......you are...good!

Well the last fortnight was an interesting one for some of us, wasnt it...there must have been fat particles in the air or something, there is no other explanation..!! lol

Seriously tho, we all know where we went wrong, 4 simple rules, we just have to follow them.....its not rocket science...

For those who did gain this time, dont despair, its just a blip, all is not lost, we can still do this and get MORE gorgeous for summer.

A HUGE congratulations to all of you that have lost or stayed the same, you are doing brilliantly and we are all jealous....well done.

Sorry to lose you Thimble, but dont be a stranger, drop in and see us any time.

And the last note has to be to gilley.......

Your not alone, we are all on this road together, and together we can do it, so forget about the numbers and concentrate on being good and kind to yourself, take a long deep breath and start moving forward again, small steps at a time, one meal at a time, one day at a time, and before you know it it will be the 6th of July, and we will be able to celebrate..

Good luck everyone for the next 2 weeks....keep smiling and the sun will shine.

Good morning mjm and everyone

Well done all who lost and stayed the same especially dmb and blos - the rest of us have fallen off the wagon with a bump.

Mjm is right we must remember to love ourselves it all part of making pmk work and I know that I for one have been calling myself nasty names in the mirror (whilst dunking biscuits in my tea).

So back to basics girls - we know it DOES work.

Eat slowly and conciously, listen to our bodies.

Our lives are not going to be ruled by a chocolate biscuit and happines does not lie in a bag of cheese and onion crisps.

Put that cork back in the wine and screw the top back on the gin.

We are Fabulous and we ARE going to be Flabuless.

Lets go lose some wibbly wobbly bits.

xx

Thats the spirit gilley....you have done it before...you can do it again...we all can..

dec, your right, midsummer madness..thats what it was.

I would love to give everyone a gold star, but only the biggest looser and the goal breakers get them, and everyone else gets a HUGE congratulations instead.....

We are all starts for sticking with this, thro the good and the bad, highs and lows, ups and downs, what a great team we are.

Well said, gilley. Wibbly wobbly bits be gone! I'd like to think that the Evil Fat Fairy waved her magic wand over me and made me gain 3lbs but I know it's all my own doing. But the good news is that means I have the power to undo it. At least I'm not the only gainer, so we're all in this together.

Thanks as usual for the encouraging words, mjm. I love the fat particles in the air theory!

A special well done to all you losers, ChrissFi, Blossom, devondumpling, doesmybum, Duncs and sarahjane.

Everyone else who is struggling like me "We can do it if we learn to chew it." Sing this to the B&Q theme tune.

Yippee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I lost my first stone the pmk way and am so delighted. I feel a little guilty posting my delight, but know from postings that we are all here for each other to either celebrate or commiserate. My OH has noticed such a difference in my stamina, as well as my figure and my attitude to life.

Well done to everyone for just staying with pmk, having the courage to post good and not so good results and to support each other. This is what makes us all the stronger and determined to follow pmk or we wouldn't be on here would we?

Gilley ( and anyone else feeling down from their weigh in) as I said yesterday from a point of gaining 6lbs pre pmk, with hindsight now, you have to put it behind you and say new two weeks and in two weeks time the figures will have changed again, get back on the trusty old horse and you'll achieve your loss.

Good luck to everyone for the next two weeks, lets keep the FF's flag for determination and resolve flying.

Sarahjane

OOps sorry mjm.I misunderstood the star system.I thought it was for 2lbs or over!
Although, given how we've all been over the last 2 weeks ,it seems a miracle that anyone has lost anything. The next weigh in will be soooo different, just watch the weight fly off us all.
Sarah Jane hearing of other peoples success is what keeps us going so don't feel bad about feeling happy ! Well done you!

Wow that was good for me.
Thanks everybody for your support.
Trying to be extra good to get into my new dress for a wedding im off to on 4th July. Was just a tad too tight when i bought it and they didnt have a bigger size - but loved it so much bought it anyway as an incentive - dont normally do that but too be honest it has spurred me on quite well the last few weeks.
Today is a new day look forward everybody not back. Have a good week
Thanks mjm.
