Hi Just wondered whether you still have a walking club for Newcastle and when is the next walk scheduled for? I have just joined the W&H forum and am new to all this but it sounds good! maearthur17

I'm getting confused! Which month are we talking about - was the walk referred to above on 25 June?
If there's one planned for September, I can do Mondays and maybe Tuesdays. (As long as it's not dead strenuous; I'm VERY unfit!)

Hi, Sounds like Monday is a good day to walk. I can do any day!
I think the walk referred to has already been done. We should try to organise something quickly before the weather changes too much!

Hi, The walking group people involved in the last walk don't seem to be posting at present Perhaps they are on holiday? I don't know if the group is still active. Not sure what the next step is - should someone be trying to organise something? Do the walks involve walking in the city or somewhere else nearby? Anyone with any ideas? Annie

I can only do week ends or evenings but if anyone wants a walking buddy for those times let me know. I live at the coast but would be happy to go anywhere in the area.

Hi Girls Jamjams usually organises the walk and it was proposed that Aug 27th be the next one. We missed July 'cos we were all doing other things. Haven't heard from jj if August walk still going ahead. I think we were headed to the coast next.

Hi I would be interested in joining the walking group. I can only do Monday or Tuesday because of work so unfortunately can't make the 27th. Would love to hear of any walks planned for these days.

Sorry I haven't posted for a while I went to london for a break and ended with swine flu. Because of other health problems I am only just getting over it.
I have suggested to Barney that we meet 10th September I know that a number of you can't make it on thursdays, It is just a suggestion.
the walk we decided to do was along the sea front probably from monkseaton/ whitley bay ending in tynemouth for coffee or a well deserved fish and chips.
Please PM me if this ok for you Jamjams x

Hi Brown Eyed Girl. Thanks again for replying re Supper Clubs. I have responded in the lives forum. Its a bit addictive this is'nt it? I too would be interested in walking but work full time so it would have to be weekends or evenings for me or school holidays. Anyway. I look forward to hearing from anyone re walking but must go as X Factor is starting! Babs 45
